Welcome to Boost Search a service of Mineral, LLC. Boost Search combines the most effective organic search methods and tools to help you grow your business through inbound marketing.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.
THESE TERMS ARE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND MINERAL, LLC., LOCATED AT 824 N. VICTORY BLVD. BURBANK, CA 91602. MINERAL, LLC PROVIDES THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW) TO YOU SUBJECT TO AND CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT" BELOW, OR BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OR THIS SITE AND EXIT NOW.
BOOST SEARCH MAY UPDATE AND CHANGE ANY OR ALL OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FEES AND CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES. IF WE UPDATE OR CHANGE THESE TERMS, WE WILL POST THE UPDATED TERMS AT HTTP://WWWBOOSTSEARCH.COM/TERMS-OF-USE. THE UPDATED TERMS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE FIFTH BUSINESS DAY AFTER THEY ARE POSTED. WHEN WE CHANGE THESE TERMS, WE WILL MODIFY THE "LAST MODIFIED" DATE ABOVE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY.
1. Description of the Services
Boost Search provides users with access to a collection of software, services, tools, and resources, including without limitation Boost Search.com, Boost Search, SEO tools (Revuideo etc.) (the "Services"). The Services to which you have access depends on the subscription plan that you choose. Your Boost Search subscription includes the features that are described on the Boost Search.com website for the product for which you subscribe. The Services that are available may change from time to time, and Mineral, LLC. may choose to discontinue some or all of the Services, in its discretion.
You understand and agree that the Services may include certain communications from Mineral, LLC or its agents or partners, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of your Boost Search subscription and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Services, including the release of new Boost Search properties, shall be subject to these Terms.
2. Registration and Subscription
You can access the Boost Search.com website and other websites without registering, but you must register to gain access to the Boost Search and other many of the Services as they become available. Your use of the Services is governed by these Terms regardless of whether you have registered.
To register, you must provide, Boost Search, Mineral, LLC with certain information, including your name, a valid mailing address, an email address, payment information, and other information specified in the registration form ("Registration Data"). By registering, and in consideration of the use of the Services, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Registration Data that you provide about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete; (ii) you are at least 18 years of age; and (iii) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You authorize Boost Search and Mineral, LLC to confirm the truthfulness and accuracy of the Registration Data. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Boost Search has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Boost Search has the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
The security of your username(s) and password(s) and any use of your account is your sole responsibility. You must immediately notify Mineral, LLC Boost Search of any unauthorized use of your password or account by contacting .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
By registering for, or accessing and using, the Services, you acknowledge receipt of, and signify your agreement to, the Boost Search Privacy Policy, found at http://www.BoostSearch.com/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference.
Membership in or use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms and that you are not prohibited by law from using the Services.
3. Pricing and Payment
Your Boost Search subscription is billed promptly upon your completion of the signup process. The monthly fee due for a particular month will depend on the pricing level that you choose at the time you subscribe. The applicable prices are published at http://www.BoostSearch.com/pricing. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Boost Search and Mineral, LLC reserve the right to change its terms without notice. Certain terms that are changed will affect all new users of the subscription and will not apply to current users.
Unless you give us written notice of your intention not to renew at least 90 days in advance of the expiration of your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed at Boost Search's then-applicable prices, as published at http://www.BoostSearch.com/pricing, based upon the number of contacts in your marketing community. Your subscription can be cancelled for any reason, effective at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please call us at 855-902-6678. No refunds of pre-paid subscription fees will be made.
Note: if you cancel your subscription, you will not have access to the Services after the effective date of your cancellation. Boost Search may, in its sole discretion, delete all of your data, images, content, and information immediately upon the effective date of cancellation.
Payment for additional fees such as consulting packages and migration fees are due at the start of the engagement with no refunds.
All quoted prices are exclusive of sales tax, which may be added when applicable.
